“ELECTORAL ACT, 1302”—FIRST SCHEDULE,
NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. IN pursuance, of “The Klee Loral Act, 1902," I, George John Alexander Johnstone, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Waiapu, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ hearing dale the I.lth day of November, 1902, under the hand of the Clerk of Writs, an election will he held for the return of ONE, qualified person to serve as Member for the said District ; and that the latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be life; 18th day of NOVEMBER, 1902; and that the Roll (if nervscessary) .will he taken at the several Polling-places of the said district cn the 25th day of NOVEMBER, 1902, Every man desirous of becoming a candidate must Ik? nominated by rot less than two electors- of the district, by a nomination paper as prescribed by section 99 of the said Act, delivered to tlio Returning Officer on or before the 18th dav of NOVEMBER, 1902.
