Au extraordinary occurrence is reported to have taken place at Woollands a few days ago. A man named C'. O'Xeill was drafting; sheep, when liis doe; became entangled in a fence. When O'Xeill went- to liberate the doe, it seized him bv the ear and worried him to that extent that he had to seek medical attendance. The dog was not a savage one, and the owner cannot account for its strange behaviour*
