DUST STORMS STOP BUSINESS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney. Nov. 13. Tho weather was exceedingly trying and unploasant sinco early morning. A hot wind was blowing, and tho city was enveloped in a drifting fall of dust, obscuring the slty. There are similar reports froiu many country districts, especially towards the Victorian border. In aoiuo placos tho dust storms uro so severe as to causo darkness and to stop business. Tho Government astronomer states that it is tho edge of tho storm so severely felt in Victoria.
