Nor did I, Mr Editor, ever say that he did; and it only emphasises the unfair tactics tho Prohibitionists resort to to try and gain support for their cause. I have little doubt that Mr East will have shown this telegram to many others besides you and try to make capital out of it. If your readers will turn to page 12 of the pamphlet I recently issued you will see what I have stated about Bishop Neville's position. He opposes Prohibition, and believos in remedial measures. Our friend, Mr East, is apparently confusing Bishop Julius’s written admission that Prohibi-
