FIRE BRIGADE COMPETITION.

Tho Fire Brigade Competition was held on Monday, and was a great success. Prizes were donated hv flic following Messrs. .J. Townley, J. A» Harding, \V. D. Lysnar, T. Morrison, T. Adair, C. F. Lewis, U. .Sevuiour, W. Good, 11. R. Smith, S. Cave, J. limes, ami tlie Borough Council (two gold medals). The following assisted :—Messrs Jj Smith, starter ; K. Miller and H.
