SPECIAL ORDER.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by “ The Counties Act, 1886,'’ the Cook County Council do hereuv resolve as follows :

That for the purpose oi providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £6O. iiut'im mod to be raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of “ The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1901,” for completing ihe AVaimoko Bridge, the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a special rate of One Farthing in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the A7a.moko Special Loan District, comprising Section 3 and Section 2, Block X., AVhangara Survey District, and that sucb special rato shall bo an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and bo payablo yearly on tho first day of Juno in each and every year during a period equal to tho curroucy of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off. Rato of interest, 44 per cent, per annum.
