Brakpan jumped away with tho lead, maintaining it out of tho straight and along the back, with Itienzi, Strata Florida, Prqgedor, Liontenunt Bill, Sojourner following in tho soiuo ordor to tbo fivo furlong post, whero Brakpan shot his bolt, leaving Sojourner and Lieutenant Bill in tho van.
