THREE BIG STEAMERS ORDERED ADMIRALTY .WARNING. By Telegraph—Tress Association—Copyright London, Nov. 4. The Atlantic Transport Company lias ordered throe steamers of Iff,ooo tons from Messrs Harland and Wolff. Tho Admiralty have notified tlnj shipbuilders that they will in future enforce the penalties for lato delivery of thirdclass cruisers. Mr Forster 6tated that so far as naval requirements were concerned tho Admiralty must approve of tho design of tho new Cunard ships.
