MONTGOMERY'S ENTERTAINERS.

A CAPITAL PROGRAMMI

A large and enthusiastic audience assenr bled last evening to welcome the above popular company, and were more than satisfied with the splendid programme presented. Tbe great satisfaction accorded to I the play-going public on the previous visits | of the Montgomery combination was evident in the attendance last night. The programme presented surpassed anything ever seen here before, aud the loud and continued applause throughout the evening was a compliment to the enterprising manager. Mr Montgomery must have j expended a considerable sum to secure the marvellous novelties and great acts of tbe | other half of the globe. His beautifully j illustrated songs, and songs of a humorous I character by Messrs Hall and Gibson, and I Miss Beverley’s popular items, were treats I we should not care to have missed. 1
