A MINER AWARDED £4OO. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. At the Roel'ton Warden’s Court, in the case Sydney Kirby v. Progress Mines Company of Now Zealand, claim for injuries sustained through accident in the mine, the jury unanimously awarded £4OO damages. Tho Warden concurred in the decision.
