Cash or Trophy will lie given to the full amount of entrance money, less ten per cent., to go to the Cook Memorial Fund, on the basis of seventyfive per cent, to the first and twentyfive per cent, to the second in each event. Entries for Ping-Pong Championships, 100yds Handicap, District Schools Championship, Cook Memorial Handicap, 440yds Handicap, and Half-mile Handicap will close with Mr W. Fraser, Gladstone Road, or the Secretary, on SATURDAY, October 4th, at 10 p.m. Entries for other events close 30 niinuts before advertised starting time.
