j CHARGE DISMISSED. By Telegraph—Press Association, Napier, last night. A case arising out of the death of a man named Hoffmann, from injuries caused by falling off’ his bicycle, was heard at the Magistrate’s Court to-day, when the proprietor of the Awatoto Hotel was charged with supplying Hoffmann, who was a prohibited person, with liquors.
