Modern Inventions.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Sept. 21. The Morning Rost reports that trials of the typewriting telegraph system, the invention of Mr Donald Murray, formerly of Auckland and Sydney, were conducted between London and Edinburgh, with very satisfactory results. Tho system will be used commercially. A Marconi station is being established at Rome. The British Admiralty has effected wireless communication with submarines.
