Delphin, imported direct from the cede-, brated Oldenburg Stud, Suwundan, near Bodenkiehea, Grand Dukodom of Oldenbure, Germany. Horses from this stud have lately taken over 400 prizes and medals in Europe ana America. Delphin is the true type of a coachmg stallion, and is, in fact, the best specimen to be seen in the Hemisphere. He was bred by Edward Luhben, and foaled 22nd April, 1S87; is a rich blood hay with two white ankles, and stands 10 hands 3 inches high. Delphin's breeding is of the most successful strains, being got by Magnet by Agamemnon, by Yellachich, dam by Zerne’bog, by General Garl, Wedel by Boradil. The breeding of horses in Germany is paid great attention to by the Government, and all tho stallions at the service of the public have to be passed by the Government Veterinary Surgeon as sound, and of good conformation and constitution.
