DR EVANS MAKES HIS REPLY, (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, last night, Dr Evans, of the Canterbury College, states in regard to a cablegram that the English makers of chemical apparatus- invite him to formulate specific charges against English instruments, that the charges he made in a letter to the Board of Governors indicated the makers quite specifically enough.
