Rain fell throughout tho whole of tho afternoon, tho ladies in this respect having been unfortunate in the choice of a date, after a fine day both in winter and spring. In the Ladies’ Championship, second round, Mrs Collins boat Mrs Fergus, 7 up and 5 to play, Miss Begg boat Miss Revoll, 3up and 1 to play ; Mrs Bidwell beat Miss Lang-Mason, 2up ; Miss Cowlishaw beat Mrs Buckley, 7 up and 6 to play ; Miss Scott boat Mrs Wilder, 10 up ; Miss R. Rattray beat Mrs Poarco, 5 up and Bto play; Mrs Turnbull boat Miss Read ; Miss Campbell boat Mrs Ogsten, 1 up, on tho 20th hole.
