TAX ON EXTRA WIVES,
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Sept. 15. Tho Morning Post states that tho disarmament of natives in South Africa is proceeding quietly. Preparations are being mado by tho Portuguese authorities at Delagoa Bay to levy a tax on nntivos’ extra wives, with the view of uniform regulations in the matter throughout South Africa. This is tho result of Lord Milner's rccont visit to Dolagoa.
