NEW ARMY ORDER. LONDON September Id. An -army order abolishes roll calls except for reveille and parade on .Sunday with exception of church parades, and replaces regimental garrison guards by police. It permits smoking in the streets whenever off duty, minimises kit inspection, allows a definite period of leisure daily, and transfers fatigues for defaults.
