Oamaru, last night. At the first annual meeting of the North Otago Farmers’ Co-operative Association, a dividend of 6 per cent, was declared, 20 per cent, was written off preliminary expenses, and £297 Os lOd carried forward. The turnover for the year was about £50,000.
