BOER GENERALS.
THEIR REMARKABLE REQUESTS. MR SEDDON S OPINION BEING JUSTIFIED. By, Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. Loudon, Sept. 10. The Boer Generals have sailed for the Hague. Mr Chamberlain refused thair request that refugees should be allowed to return without swearing allegiance. He declined to appoint certain Boer officials to old positions. It is believed that the Generals are organising an extensive lecturing tour in Great Britain, America, and Eurooe in the irreconcilable spirit.
