A rule nisi, returnable in a fortnight, has been granted lor sequestration of the estate of the Australian UoikeiV Union, for disregarding an injunction of the Court. The injunction was to restrain the defendant from interfering with employees at Warrana station, Coonamble disit ict, which is shearing under the Pastoralists’ Union agreement, by violence or threat. Affidavits were read, alleging that since the injunction was granted, membeis of the Workers’ Union had picketed the station and by threats and other methods had interfered with the shearers : also, that the Union leaders had publicly advocated violent method s.
