STABBING CASE

Bv Telegraph—Press Association. Mastcrtou, last night. To-day a ease was begun before the S.M. against Dan. Mahoney for attempted murder of Edwin Gunther, the victim of the recent stabbing case. The Court adjourned to the hospital to take Gunther’s evidence, afterwards resuming at the Court House. Four witnesses were examined out of thirteen, when the Court adjourned till to-morrow.
