Incendiary Fires.

By Telegraph—Press Association. Invercargill, last night. Several fires have lately occurred in ono of the main business blocks occupied by wooden structures. Ono tiro destroyed the American carriage factory, and another caused considerable damage to Jopp’s stables. Last night another fire was discovered in an incipient stage in K. Taylor’s, saddler, shop. Two back doors were saturated with kerosene and sot alight with paper. As a result the insurance companies to-day cancelled several policies, and it is probable others will follow suit. Tho step has caused consternation among tho tenants, some of whom 3arry large stocks. Tho property belongs to Sir Josoph Ward and Thomson’s trustees.
