By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Washington, Sept. 3. President Roosevelt, speaking at Worcester, said that only a quack or enemy of the Republic would recklessly destroy all trusts, tbu a paralysing industries. It would be sufficient if national legislation destroyed the evil in trusts.
