Dutch Loyalists.
A CONFERENCE AT PAARL,
By Tolograph—Press Association—Copyright Capetown, Aug. 30. A conference of Dutch loyalsts was hold at Paarl. There were fifty-five delegates, representing all districts in tho western province. They considered the terms offered to rebels were liberal, and complained that loyalists were not assisted.
