BUCHAREST FORTIFICATIONS. By Telegraph—Pross Association—Copyright Bucharest, Aug. 30.
Goneral Brcalmont’s plans of the fortifications at Bucharest, together with the general schomo of Roumanian mobilisation, have been stolen from the military archives. Bulgarians, instigated by Russia, aro suspected of theft.
