By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Now York, Aug. 23. Thoro was another sovero eruption at Mount Pelee on Thursday. Tho heavy dust showers caused total darkness for twenty minutes. Tho showers extended soawards for a distance of fivo miles.-
