MBS DBAKE ON BAIL WHILE LAWYERS ARGUE. [By 'Holograph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. Tho Drake manslaughter caso was before the Court again this rooming, when counsel for tho defence asked tho Court to stato a caso for tho Appoal Court as to tho admissibility of certain ovidenco called by the Crown, and objected to by tho defence. His Honor agreed to stato a caso as requested, and accused was released on bail of £IOOO.
