Auckland, last night,
In the Rotorua forgery case the sentence on Harry James Fox was four years (not eight as at first telegraphed). Takirihi Kaupeka, charged with attempting to murder the woman Agnes Tainui, with whom he had been living, came up for sentence. Prisoner was sentenced to six years' hard labor.
