PROPOSAL TO INCLUDE Sth, 9th, AND 10th CONTINGENTS.

In the House of Representatives this aftornoon, in reply to a question, tho Minister stated that a Bill was being considered with a viow to extending tho benefits of tho Military Ponsions Act to members of the Eighth, Ninth, and Tonth Contingents.
