Premier whether he will intimate to the Secretary of State for the Colonies and to the Premier of this colony that tho people of New Zealand are in hearty accord with the chivalrous and hospitable treatment which is being accorded to the Boer leaders in tho United Kingdom, and deeply regrets that contrary opinions should have been expressed by their Premier in London.
