IMPROVEMENTS TO BE BIADE BY GREAT BRITAIN.

The Johannesburg correspondent of tho London Post states that there is a rumor that the effect of Lord Blilner’s visit to Delagoa Bay is that Great Britain has arranged to build a new harbor at Delagoa. Tho harbor and railway receipts have been guaranteed for repayment to a trust.
