IRELAND AND AUSTRALIA.
STRONG DECLARATION,
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, August 5. Cardinal Moran, in a speech at Kilkenny, said that Australia was loyal because it was independent of the whims of Westminster statesmen. If it were governed as Ireland is, it would not be united to the Empire for twenty-four hours.
