Mr Francis Alexander Campbell succeeds Sir Martin Gosselin as Assistant Secretary at the Foreign Office. Chackleton, Labor representative, has been elected unopposed for Clitheroe, as successor to Kay Shuttleworth, who has been raised to the peerage.
