A CUT AGAINST PIERPONT MORGAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, July 30. The Canadian Steel Corporation’s capi. tal of eighteen million dollars has been underwritten. It has received a bonus of five million dollars and exemption from taxes for twenty years. It is confident that it can produce steel 30 per cent* cheaper than Morgan’s trust.
