COOK COUNTY COUNCIL, '(MSNURAL’ RATE, 1902-3, CHARITABLE AID RATH, ,1902-T; -jVT OTICH is hereby given that In -131 pursuance of the powers tested in the Council by Section .MS of the Counties’ Act, 1888, and Sections 37 to It Rating Act, .1891, the Cook County Council will, on SATURDAY, lltli August, make and levy a General Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound on the Capital '.Value of all Ratable property in the County that is occupied by Europeans, to he due and payable in one sunt on the 15th August, 1992, IT IS FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Council will at the same Umc make and levy a Charitable Aid Rate of One-tenth of a Penny in the Pound on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the County that is occupied by Europeans, to due any payaole able in one sum on the lath of August, ItHia, One half the Charitable Aid Rate’ paid by an occupier of land may he deducted from the rent payable by him to the owner of the land so rated.
