MU BALFOUR’S CONCESSION TO
MINORITY

Mr Balfour, as a concession to tho minority, has promised to insert a clause in the Education Bill, allowing tho various denominations in single school districts to give religious instructions at stated hours, whether at board or voluntary schools.
