QUEENSLAND’S MAD PLUNGE.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, July 24. The Treasurer denies the truth of a rumored New South Wales loan. Ho does not anticipate going upon the market for a considerable time.
Brisbane, July 24. Probably Government early next month will introduce a Loan Bill of two millions. Half will be issued at present, and half next year. Half will be placed in London and half in Australia.
