Zealand waters lor Coronation Day. This act of courtesy is appreciated by the people of Auckland, THE GREY. STATUE, Mr Speight, chairman of the Grey Statue Committee, received by the mail from Mr F. G, Williamson sculptor, who was entrusted with the work, a letter stating that hcijhad been in communication with Mr Seymour Thorne George, and his suggestions for making the likeness as perfect as possible will be carefully welcomed, The sculptor also hopes that Mr Seddon may find time to visit his studio. Mr "Williamson concludes :—“ The large model is- in progress, and you may rely upon me to do my best to make it a perfect work of art."’
