TWO LIVES LOST. By Telegraph—Press Assooiation—Copyright Brisbane, July 18. A pleasure boat capsized noar tho quarantine station. Threo men wero aboard, named Bell, Mitchell, and Smith. After great hardship, Bell was the only ono to reach the shore.
