London, May 30. A summons has been issued for the Earl of Egmont because he failed to appear in tho dock at tho Marlborough Police Court yesterday to answer to a charge of having been “ drunk and disorderly ” in Piccadilly tho Dight before, accompanied by a pretty girl named Lina Perceval. Tho Ear], who is forty-seven yoars old, is a rather remarkable character. Formerly he was the janitor of the Chelsea Town Hall, and was a mornber of the London fire brigade when unexpectedly ho succeeded to the title. Early in life ho was in tho merchant marine service, holding a second mate’s certificate.
