Volcanic Activity.
HONOLULU NEWS.

Auckland, last night. News from Honolulu states that not only has the volcano at Ivilauea broken into eruption, but the crater at the summit of Mount Loa, Mokuaweoweo, is also active. Within two days lava bad risen 600 feet in Halemaumau. which is an active pit at the bottom of liilauea. The sides of this crater were crumbling into the pit and filling it up in places. Boiling lava had burst through the floor of the crater.
