OPENING OF PARLIAMENT.
By Telegraph —Press AssooiatioD. Wellington, last night. Parliament opened this afternoon. There was fine weather and a good attendance of the public and members. The galleries of the Legislative Council, Chamber, and the floor wore filled as usual. The speech only took 12 minutes to deliver.
