Tho Times’ Bloemfontein correspondent suggests that Botha be attached to the staff at Aldershot. Tho Canadian Government aro allowing contingents to take their discharge iu South Africa if desirous to settle. Capetown, June 30. Fifteen thousand residents of Capotown have signed a petition in favor of tho suspension of tho constitution.
