COLONEL LYNCH.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Juno 11. Colonel Lynch, member for Galway, was arrested at Victoria station, London, on arrival from Paris. He was taken to Bow street Police Court. London, Juno 12. Colonel Lynch has been remanded. In tho House of Commons Mr O’Kelly asked had not Lynch tho burgher’s right of surrender. Mr Balfour said that he was not a burgher. Mr McNeill asked if it was not Ministers’ boundcn duty to communicato to the House a member’s arrest. The Speaker replied that it was not bounden, but it was the usual practice to write informing the Speaker. Mr John Redmond gave notice of a question whether Government were extending to Lynch the same terms of surrender as to the Cape Dutch.
