ARBITRATION COURT.
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] I Dunedin, last night There is a list of 23 casos set down for the Arbitration Court, which opens tomorrow. Among this number is one in which the Court is asked to decide how the £285 agreed to be paid by the Union Company in connection with the death of William Hewett, wharf laborer, is to be - divided amongst Jessie Hewett, his wife, and children.
