A Spanish scientist named Figuoras, a professor of physics at Los Palmas, claims to have inventod a simple generator capablo of collecting atmospheric electricity and storing it for the use of railways and factories. Ho predicts a tremendous economic industrial revolution, and visits Europo with of patenting the disoovory.
