SHIPPING.
The Omapere left for Coastal ports and Auckland last evening, taking the following passengers from this port:—Miss Wall, Messrs W. K. Chambers, Wickers, Carey, Barnes, Attwood, and McWilliam. The s.s, Balmain is discharging her cargo of coal at the town wharf. It, is expected that the steamer will leave for Whangarei early next week. Messrs Huddart, Parker and Co.’s s.s. Elingamite arrived here early this morning, and proceeds to Auckland and Sydney at 10 a.m. The s.s. Tnrawera leaves for the South to-morrow afternoon at five o’clock. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS. Sunday, Bth June.—Tarawera arrives from Auckland during the afternoon, and leaves for South. First launch on arrival; last 5 p.m. TELEGRAPHIC SHIPPING. Yesterday. Lyttelton.—Arrived, 5.30 a.m., Mono-. wai, from Port Chalmers ; 8.50 a.m.,’ Westralia, from Wellington. Port Chalmers.—Arrived, Quirang, from Newcastle.
