THE ACTING-PREMIER
[By Telegraph—Press > Association.] Dunedin, last night. Sir J. G. Ward, Acting-Premier, arrived from the North this evening. He was waited on by a deputation re obstructions in the Molyneaux river caused by a waterspout, and promised to deal with the matter of assisting in removing the debris when he received Captain Falknor’s report.
