(Per Press Association./ DUNEDIN, last night. The Trades and Labor Council tonight resolved that a strong protest be made against the delay in hearingindustrial disputes by the Arbitration Court in this district, and that action be taken to have a sitting of the Court at an early date ; that the Council considers it unfair to the grocers' assistants of Wellington that some restrictions have not been made in the number of boys employed in that trade.
